      有人請問:有一個“物聯網微信群”,稱可以“帶領大家走進中產階級”,為此他們諮詢佛教徒是否可以參加這個獲得利益的業務?
      南無第三世多杰羌佛已經多次公開說法:“我不會參與任何做生意的建議,正當合法的做生意屬於人類共同認可,是正當的生活方式之一,佛教沒有規定不可以做生意。但是你們要記住,無論做什麼生意,都必須建立在符合政府對經營的相關法律,如果是合法正當經營,是可以做的,但作為佛教徒,有的不可做,比如殺生害命、損人利己、乃至騙取他人,都不可做,是違背佛教戒律的。佛教徒不能忘根本,那就是:慈悲為本,諸惡莫作,眾善奉行。
      基於此,第三世多杰羌佛辦公室特別公告所有的佛弟子:做任何生意都要符合所在地的法律法規,同時必須遵守佛法的戒律。至於你們所說的什麼“物聯網微信群”,我們不了解,所以不支持參加。

世界佛教總部收到佛弟子來信,原文提問:


世界佛教總部諮詢中心聖德們就以下三個問題回覆諮詢:
          一、佛教徒們注意!世界上沒有任何一個寺廟能代表古佛寺、正法寺、聖蹟寺,各個寺廟代表的都是他們自己的寺廟,他們代表不了古佛寺、正法寺、聖蹟寺這三大寺!!!因為這三大寺是屬於佛菩薩級別的巨聖德和大聖德所主持的佛教正法寺廟。有人聲稱他的寺廟是南無第三世多杰羌佛 認可的,南無羌佛還為寺廟命名了。其實,佛教徒們所要修的寺廟或已修建了的寺廟,南無羌佛應其請求而為題書賜名,完全是為了鼓勵佛教徒們真誠的按佛教教規修行,南無羌佛曾說,只要是建立佛教寺廟或學佛院,祂都會有求必應,為之題書寺院牌名,但絕不是題寫了寺名就證明該寺廟是依教行持的正法寺廟,原因是寺廟建成,無常事變,因緣合和,誰主其道,未可料之正邪參雜,各有取義人為而向,故非所然宿命定數。由是之故,取書廟名,有為法相,變異何其一端?正如當年釋迦牟尼佛於菩提樹下悟道,聖地驚鴻,人天伏敬,哪料今朝,落葉騾馬滑背蹄踏,故之,一切有為法為夢幻泡影,無常豈有剎那之定焉?當下行持於道,棄惡從善是之乃正,禍兮福所有焉。但是大家注意,其他名字寺廟的寺主、方丈、住持,只要是嚴持佛教戒律,通達經律論學,不冒充聖者欺騙大家,那就是一個高僧大德行為者主持的寺廟,值得尊敬。相反如果是聲稱為聖者,而實質上又不具備聖證量級別,那就無疑的是邪師騙子主持的寺廟。
          二、另外你們問有二位漢人,自稱在西藏一個佛學院考到了格西學位,通過了辯經答辯得到了五明,這是不是符合法度?五明是辯經出來的嗎?
      答:首先本總部不了解此人是誰,而這類人豈止是二位,處處都是,但就其事例,以之答覆,當今不但沒有漢人格西,就算藏人格西也未必是佛學者的真材實料,因為當局政府在宗教中現在已經沒有認可這個制度的考核,根據我們了解,如果要達到認可必須通過當局的政府專管機構批准發證,否則就是不成立的,說什麼辯經格西五明,這完全是在胡說,說一句很難聽但又是事實的話,那些在主持這個經辯以確定五明的人,哪一個有五明?請報出姓氏名誰。再說,就算是考取了格西學位,也代表不了入考者擁有真正的佛法,因為格西只是一個空洞論學的理論學者,完全絲毫代表不了實際證量的成果,唯有經律論百題的文考及最神聖嚴肅的聖考才是實際學識和聖證量考核的鐵證。退一萬步說,就算這樣考到聖德金釦級別,照常與五明沒有關聯,因為五明,不是通過辯經論學能得到的,五明是實際證到的成果,絕不是依於空洞的答辯能取得絲毫五明的實地質顯,要實際可以擺出來看得到的東西,確實超過專家的最高水準。一般在佛教中都把五明的真正涵義誤會了,不懂的外行認為是五個名詞所代表的單一項目,分為大五明、小五明就是五明了,如大五明:1.工藝學2.醫學3.聲律學4. 邏輯學5.宗教學,小五明:1.修辭學2.辭藻學3.韻律學4.戲劇學5.星系學。其實,五明哪裡是這麼可憐簡單的東西?注意!是要在佛菩薩的證量中含義的五明才是五明,比如工巧明,是指工巧之中的最高境界,稱為明,也就是說必須超過世人中的專家水準,而且五明涉面過廣,就拿工巧明來說,並不是塑造酥油花、畫臉譜、畫唐卡、畫油畫、畫國畫、畫水彩、水粉、畫素描、畫蠟畫、粉筆畫、油漆噴畫、搞雕刻,這幾項壘在一起超過國家級的專家水準都談不上真正的工巧明。真正的工巧明說之不完,道之不盡,不僅是繪畫,包括修房、建築、壘沙、雕塑、裝飾、庭園規劃、風景塑造、燈光設配、衣服鞋帽穿戴、髮飾整形、壁掛窗簾窗花、室內家俱藝術擺設、樓台亭閣裝飾彩色、包裝禮盒色顏、打繩結帶,乃至舉止、行走、入座、威儀,等等…,每一項都要達到國家級專家的水準。簡而言之說,宇宙中的萬有一切美好的都要達到高水平的美之享受,才叫工巧明。又比如醫方明,不是只給人、動物、飛禽等醫病,而是要指把有生命、無生命的都能調整治理好,那才叫作醫方明。其他三明同樣如此,尤其是內明,內明是四明之總集諦,內為內證聖量,明者是內證聖量之高度展現,如身體內證,發乎於相,施表於物,與聖相通,超凡入聖,更是非同小可,微妙威神之極,此不多談。真正的五明不是哪個法王、尊者、法師、格西銜頭的人能達到的,這是要有實際功夫而不是空談理論,南無釋迦牟尼佛納宇宙萬物於一掌之間,對五明無所不精於專業高峰,可惜佛陀的五明成果遭無常破缺,在兩千多年的佛教歷史上,除了南無釋迦牟尼佛和南無第三世多杰羌佛之外,哪怕是祖師級的聖德也沒有真正達到完整的五明,因為此我們才找不到一個先例,一條一款的把五明成果擺展出來量證,故無法列出真正五明者姓氏名誰。要知道所指真正的五明不是所謂書上說的空洞理論,也不是什麼大五明小五明,五明是指佛菩薩掌握宇宙萬法之一切精神和有為之體相的規律變化,造不好的為好,變無用而有用,出辯才達無礙,科學邏輯之關係,相生相剋,變煩惱為菩提,了生死為解脫,達到超凡入聖的高峰,為等妙覺菩薩和佛陀大覺能人。歷史上都沒有見到哪個大格西真正具備了五明的,故之無有成果五大類施展人前,況今人學識證量膚淺,不如九牛一毛。胡說什麼格西五明,實在是丟人,凡俗之妄破天吞海,連五明的氣味都沒沾到,話說轉來,如果不服,就把五明施展人前,以證其實,屆時無論聖凡,皆會敬之。
          三、關於有人諮詢國際佛教僧尼總會派人開觀音大悲加持法會一事,需要指出的就是,觀音大悲加持法會的所有供養,本身就只能用來放生和做好事,而且必須在半個月之內用完,沒有所謂的另外的放生款。凡另外再收放生款者,是不如法的,無論是誰,若不懺悔改過,總部查實後將會點名批判。並且,經查證,國際佛教僧尼總會從未有一次派任何人去什麼地方開觀音大悲加持法會,如有來信所說的國際佛教僧尼總會派人到哪裡開觀音大悲加持法會一事,這純粹是打著國際佛教僧尼總會的招牌,但實則是個人行為。

不可思議的奇蹟再一次降臨, 感恩 南無第三世多杰羌佛


       這幾年來,我因母親病危通知在美國和台灣來回奔波。鄰居常對我說:「美國好像很近吔!怎麼老看妳又回來了。」其實很多次我都是緊急臨時訂機票回去的,就怕趕不上見我母親最後一面。

      2018年6月份原計劃要去加州參加慶祝  南無第三世多杰羌佛佛誕的法會。出發前兩日,我接到台灣家人的電話得知我母親情況很危急,可能隨時會走,醫生讓孩子們快回去,並要家人簽署發生緊急時,是選擇急救或放棄急救的同意書。全家人頓時沒了主張,醫護人員分析說我母親體弱年紀大,多重器官衰竭,再電擊壓胸急救恐遭受肋骨斷裂、胸口皮膚燒焦、口鼻流血,急救後有可能依然救不回來,或一口氣救回來後,病情更加嚴重等情況。醫生又問說急救之後若不行了,要選擇何種方式急救,要家屬做選擇,這真的讓全家頓時陷入兩難。若簽了不急救的單子,表示緊急情況發生後,我母親就没了。於是單子就一直放在我父親的桌上,沒有人想簽名。醫生天天催著要我們做決定,此時的我也陷入兩難,我想趕回台灣見我母親最後一面,但我又必須帶我聞法點的師兄姊去加州參加活動。此次活動天數較長,事情較多且行程聯絡都由我安排。經再三思考慮後我認為我不能丟下團隊,決定去加州。我打了電話給我父親和大姐說明原因,我告知他們,若我回去台灣,只能眼睜睜,等著見母親最後一面什麼也幫不了。但倘若我去加州,我可以去為母親祈福,若到時母親沒了,我便去祈求偉大的佛陀 南無第三世多杰羌佛超渡母親,說完我父親馬上就同意了。

       於是我按照計劃去了加州,行程安排得很緊湊忙碌。每天只要沒接到家裡緊急的消息即是好消息,代表母親還活著。我天天祈求佛菩薩加持我母親。在加州的最後一天我們有緣去參加了一場大悲觀音加持法會。法會中 觀世音菩薩親自告訴我,要我最遲星期四便啟程回台灣,否則將見不到我母親最後一面。

       我星期三回到紐約訂不到當天的機票後,我拜託旅行社一定要幫我訂到星期四的機票。於是下了飛機,我直奔醫院。母親在加護病房插管已住了快一個月,身上說得出名稱的什麼管都插上了,情況只能用三個惨字來形容。 我已做好見我母親最後一面的心理準備,家人連葬儀社都聯絡好了,告別式的型式也已討論好。

     這次去加州得遇好因緣   南無第三世多杰羌佛慈悲加持給與會大眾每人一顆珍貴的甘露丸。大家都當場吃了,直說甘露好香啊!我緊緊地將甘露丸握在手中,想著帶回去給我母親服用。當我回到台灣趕到加護病房時,我父親一直試著將我母親搖醒,過了許久她終於聽到我呼喊的聲音,眼睛勉強吃力的睜開了少許。於是我在她耳邊,輕輕為她宣說偉大的佛法,並要她安心不要害怕,我們有 南無第三世多杰羌佛做我們的依靠,要她凡事放下,若看到佛菩薩來了就跟著佛菩薩到佛國去。我請她在心裡跟著我念誦 南無第三世多杰羌佛和 南無觀世音菩薩的聖號,我父親也在一旁跟著誦念,我把甘露泡在水裡,用棉花棒沾在她嘴裡並塗抹在她額頭上。希望有甘露的加持能讓她舒服一些,很不可思議,奇蹟再一次降臨在我母親的身上。母親奇蹟似的好轉。吃了甘露丸後,母親得到了大加持,才幾天的時間便轉到普通病房。醫生說觀察若沒發燒,母親即可出院。之前家人的心情有如坐過山車,七上八下心情起伏很大。每天要承受母親隨時會走,不能平安活著渡過的沉重壓力。家人每天守著,已經心力交瘁,都已到達崩潰的臨界點。當時母親身體的幾個器官都已衰竭,抵抗力很差,血液細菌感染,口鼻裡都插著管子。每小時還要抽痰1~2次,狀況極差。尤其抽痰時和抽出血水來時的痛苦狀真讓我不忍直視,所以我便一直祈求佛菩薩早一點接走母親,不想母親再受苦了! 但由於得到佛法的加持,這一次母親又從鬼門關前走回來,弟子全家非常感恩 南無第三世多杰羌佛 和 南無觀世音菩薩。

        自我知曉世上來了偉大的佛陀 南無第三世多杰羌佛後,我想接引我的家人一起學佛,但家人都不相信世界上來了偉大的佛陀,父親還怕我被騙,要我小心,直到我母親第一次病危通知,當天我即刻買了回台灣的機票並請我大姐去取我留給她的聖物(南無第三世多杰羌佛修法的金剛砂)。我擔心回去趕不上見母親最後一面,便叮嚀我大姐在母親的頭上放一些金剛砂讓我母親有聖物加持,能一路好走。結果在我趕回台灣上飛機前收到簡訊,大姐說:“妳給的那個金鋼砂好不可思議,母親原本全身很是冰涼,額頭放上金剛砂後體溫就從額頭慢慢的熱起來,然後全身體溫就都回來了!”。

       直到我趕回去,每天領著家人陪我母親念誦   南無第三世多杰羌佛和 南無觀世音菩薩的聖號,有空便去我家對面的公園放生蚯蚓為母親祈福,奇蹟就這麼發生了! 我母親離奇的好轉,順利拔管。轉普通病房才一天時間,醫生便宣佈母親可以出院回家,並要我學習回家後如何幫她翻身和做床上復健,告知我母親年紀大了,住院太久骨頭關結都僵硬了,以後可能無法行走都得臥床。哪知道出院後回到家門口,我母親竟然自己走進屋裡,她的看護走在後方摻扶著,只見我父親高興笑得合不攏嘴,這是我家人第一次感受到不可思議的佛法加持。

   後來我安排家人去參加觀音大悲加持法會,母親說 觀音菩薩來給她拍拍打打,父親說看到一道白光從頭頂直直射入到他的胸口很舒服,大姐說她看到了 觀音菩薩。法會後她們當場全部都請求皈依了,我父親還說他想成立聞法點接引人,想恭放 南無第三世多杰羌佛說法的法音給大家恭聞,親戚朋友來探望我母親時,我父親便總是告訴他們我家經歷了如此殊勝的事情。結果我舅舅和舅媽反而在我父親之前先成立了聞法點。

         另外我還想提一下,在我母親加護病房,隔壁床住了一位老先生,他已在醫院待了一段很長的時間。他的太太和兒子在院門口遇到我說:“沒看見你母親還以為她已往生了”。於是我便告知他們,母親已於當日轉到普通病房,隔日便可出院。她嚇了一跳拉著我的手直問:“妳母親病得這麼嚴重,怎可能在這麼短的時間好轉並且還要出院了呢?妳們有為她做過什麼特別的事嗎?”我告訴她不管妳信不信,我母親是得到 南無第三世多杰羌佛的加持。她說她相信,問我金剛砂去哪可以買到,多少錢都沒關係。我告訴她聖物用錢是買不到的,只要她相信我可以和她結緣。於是我們便約好第二天我去辦出院手續前和她一起去加護病房看望她先生。她先生在加護病房已經住了很久,很少清醒,還被感染了一些會傳染的病菌。我倆要穿特殊的隔離衣戴上口罩才能進入,以免被感染。進去後這位先生都在昏迷中,要一直搖他喊他很久後才眨一眨眼睛,他太太在他耳邊先介紹我來探訪,我即在他耳邊為他宣說偉大的佛陀已經來到這個世界,請他在心裡跟著我們一起誦念 南無第三世多杰羌佛和 南無觀世音菩薩的聖號。在念誦聖號時,我們都看到他閉著的眼睛流下了淚。 他不是佛教徒,經他太太同意,我又領著他念了三皈依和懺悔文並要他在心裡做懺悔。之後我也在他身上塗了一點金剛砂及請他兒子在鼻胃管中加一些法水,裡頭還特別放了菩提金剛丸和喀啅安得丸,我真心希望他能和我母親一樣得到加持。

   我母親出院後的當天下午,全家人很開心,坐在客廳聊天。該母子二人突然出現在家門口,我迎上門去才知道她們是來感謝我的。他們緊緊的握著我的手激動的一直道謝說我是她們家的恩人。我連忙要她們不要謝我,要感恩 南無第三世多杰羌佛,一切皆是她們的好因緣。她問我是學什麼的,說要和我一起修學。她見證了不可思議的佛法加持。 加護病房每天早上和下午都會開放30分鐘讓家屬探望病人,我和他太太是早上去的,但經佛法加持後的當天下午,他太太又去探望時,發現先生清醒著睜開眼睛,雙手自己移動到胸前等待她們,這是許久以來從沒有過的情形,直說太不可思議了!

    想想為何我母親幾次病危時,每每關關難過關關過?鬼門關前不知走了幾回,連醫生都覺得不可思議無法解釋呢? 其實答案很簡單,就是“相應”二字。我母親只要清醒時都不斷在心裏念誦 南無第三世多杰羌佛和 南無觀世音菩薩的聖號! 也是由於她相信所以相應,這一切奇蹟都來自偉大的佛法加持啊! 我們全家都很感恩 南無第三世多杰羌佛和  南無觀世音菩薩的加持!

         加持從何而來? 恭聞 南無第三世多杰羌佛殊勝的法音裡,佛陀告訴我們,佛菩薩的加持如同太陽光一樣照射著每一個人,但若您躲在陰暗面就照不到陽光,這些年我跟很多人結緣過聖物都希望大家能得到佛菩薩的加持,提醒他們要多恭聞 南無第三世多杰羌佛親說法音,一起跟隨佛陀修學正法,虔誠的修行和修法以求相印才能得到大加持、大解脱、生活幸福美滿、最終一起移民到佛國去!

Wangzha Shangzun Truly Transcends the Ordinary
     In the afternoon of March 6, 2019, peals of thunder could be heard rumbling above the sky of the Holy Miracles Temple, sounding like giant earthquakes and landslides. The rain came pouring down rapidly. The Grand Hall of Shakyamuni Buddha at the Holy Miracles Temple was crowded with nearly a thousand Buddhists from all over the world. Holding khatas with both hands, they kneeled to respectfully and sincerely welcome the greatly accomplished holy guru, Wangzha Shangzun.
      Wangzha Shangzun is a great holy guru who has attained the level of Gold Button Grade 3. In this lifetime, He has followed H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha IIIto learn Buddha-Dharma and has attained tremendous accomplishment in holy realization. The Shangzun is considered the one and only Venerable King of Extraordinary Strength within the field of Buddhism throughout the entire world. He once conducted the Vajra Fa-man Holy Selection Grand Dharma Assembly during which He performed the Determination by Holy Selection in accordance with the Dharma and arrived at the determination that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the true incarnation of the primordial Buddha.
     In 2016, Wangzha Shangzun personally presided over the holy exam held by the World Buddhism Association Headquarters for Dharma kings, rinpoches, Dharma masters, masters, and acaryas around the world. In establishing the Samsara Eight-Wind Array and Vajra Array, and with his holy realization, the Shangzun determined through Holy Selection the grade levels—the levels of accomplishment—of nearly 10,000 Buddhists. That astounded the world!
     The Shangzun is, however, indifferent towards fame and fortune. In the past few years, He devoted himself to Dharma affairs of saving living beings. He rarely sees regular Buddhists except for seeing a very small number of high-level Buddhists. With the near-completion of the Dipankara Buddha Hall in the Holy Miracles Temple, and upon repeated requests by the monastics of the temple, the Shangzun has finally agreed to go to the Dipankara Buddha Hall periodically to chant sutras and mantras, to perform Dharmas, to pray for and bless faithful Buddhists who light lamps to beseech blessings. It was only under this karmic condition that the Shangzun agreed to publicly meet with Buddhists regardless of their level of accomplishment.
     In the evening of March 6, Wangzha Shangzun arrived at Holy Miracles Temple. He walked with firm and stately pace as if a Vajra deity was descending to a mandala. A huge Vajra scepter which weighs about 1,000 jin (approximately 1,100 pounds) was placed in front of the entrance of the Grand Hall of Shakyamuni Buddha. According to the ancient Dharma rules in the time of Guru Padmasambhava, any great holy guru who attained the level of Gold Button Grade 3 must lift the temple-barrier Vajra scepter—the weight of which corresponds with the body weight and age of the holy guru—before they can stride over the scepter and enter the Buddha Hall. This Dharma rule is meant to verify if the Shangzun's physical condition is healthy and if He has attained the standard of having transcended the ordinary. The rule requires Wangzha Shangzun to lift a 1,000 jin temple-barrier Vajra scepter before He can enter the Grand Hall to pay homage to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
     Wangzha Shangzun has a Vajra-like physique that is tall and grand, and an appearance that is very dignified. He went up to the temple-barrier Vajra scepter, bent over, and lifted up the 1,000 jin Vajra scepter effortlessly, manifesting the mighty character of a Vajra deity. When He put the Vajra scepter back on the floor, the ground and the hall instantly shook and the congregation was astounded. Subsequently, Shangzun gracefully strode over the Vajra scepter and entered the Grand Hall. He prostrated to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III as he spoke these words with utter sincerity, "I, disciple Wangzha, prostrate myself before the great Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III!" With his back bent and head bowed, He slowly came in front of His Holiness the Buddha. His Holiness the Buddha placed His hand on the Shangzun's head. Afterwards, the Shangzun retreated to the side and ascended to His seat. He addressed the congregation, "Buddhist disciples, I'm very happy to see you here today. I'm happy because you have the karmic affinity in this lifetime to meet Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. Thus, you'll be able to learn the authentic Buddha Dharma, the unaltered and pristine Dharma. Because of this, you will be able to attain accomplishment within this lifetime. So of course, I'm very happy."
     Wangzha Shangzun blessed everyone in the congregation by placing His hand on each of their heads before He left. This went on until very late at night.
     After the Shangzun left, Buddhist disciples were unable to hold back their curiosity about the 1,000 jin Vajra scepter. Many came forward to try lifting it. A body-builder and weight-lifter also gave it a try. Certainly, it is obvious that no matter how much strength they exerted, they were unable to lift it, and everyone shook their head when they resume standing. They were not even able to move it, not to say lift it. Two people tried to jointly lift one end, but the Vajra scepter did not move a bit. No wonder Shangzun is called the Venerable King of Extraordinary Strength.
     Kankun Rinpoche, the attendant of Wangzha Shangzun, said, "On this planet earth, among all Dharma kings and rinpoches, you cannot find anyone who can lift the temple-barrier Vajra scepter. There are no temple-barrier Vajra scepters in front of their Grand Buddha Halls because this is a sharp weapon that exposes the nature of ordinary people. If they are not truly great holy people, do they dare to place a temple-barrier Vajra scepter in front of their Buddha Halls? Why? The reason is simple. True Buddha-Dharma has already become extinct. What people have learned are fragmented empty theories. No matter how reputable some of the Dharma kings or rinpoches are, or how high their status may be, their physical bodies are essentially sickly and weak. How can they have any holy qualities in their bodies? How could they have a Vajra body developed from true Buddha-Dharma? The only place to witness true realization power is right here where Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is. Only Wangzha Shangzun, a close disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, has truly attained realization powers manifested from the authentic Dharma of the Tathagatas. I dare say some of those Tibetan Dharma Kings who brag about their lineages and talk empty theories are very pitiful. They do all sorts of useless things to fool amateurs. Even though they pose to look energetic when ascending to the Dharma dais, their bodies are weak and sickly. They are tormented by their illnesses yet they continue to make up empty lies, and even fabricate false Buddha-Dharma. Since cultivators do not look for facts and only listen to empty talk, it is not surprising that they are being swindled! This is precisely the Dharma-ending age that Shakyamuni Buddha talked about where the demons prevail, Buddha-Dharma declines, and practitioners are often harmed. To cover up the fact that they are by nature ordinary people, some Dharma kings or rinpoches might say, 'Our lineage places no emphasis on that!' I am saying you can only deceive idiots. Whether or not you place emphasis on that, if you claim that you are a holy person and you have transcended the ordinary to become holy, why doesn't your body have the great strength of a holy person? The undeniable facts are that you have no physical strength and your physical body is weak and sickly. Isn't that true? If you disagree, show everyone that you can pick up the temple-barrier Vajra scepter! Just as with the Five Vidyas. Many people pretend to have Five Vidyas, but ultimately, where are their Five Vidyas? Can they show their Vidyas one by one? What level of accomplishment do they have in their Vidyas? They have nothing! Shakyamuni Buddha stipulated that a Bodhisattva must have Five Vidyas, yet you are deficient in the Five Vidyas, and without any level of accomplishment. You are clearly not a great Bodhisattva. By claiming to be a Bodhisattva, you are going against the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha. You are simply an ordinary person and not a Bodhisattva at all!"

Statement by World Buddhism Association Headquarters

In order that the public truly understands World Buddhism Association Headquarters and H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, World Buddhism Association Headquarters specially states the following:

  1. We at World Buddhism Association Headquarters will assume all legal liability for the veracity of this statement.

  1. H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the supreme world leader of Buddhism. Such a status is not self-investiture! The status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as a Buddha did not result merely from Buddhists calling Him that out of respect. Rather, in accordance with the Buddhist system of status-recognition that is more than 1,000 years old, such status was recognized by those Dharma kings, regent Dharma kings, and eminent monastics who have status-recognition authority within Buddhism. They include Dharma King Dodrupchen, who is the sole lineage-holder of the highest Rainbow-Body Accomplishment Dharma; Dharma King Penor, who was the third supreme world-leader of the Nyingma sect; Dharma King Achuk, who was the foremost monastic of great virtue in modern Tibet; Dharma King Gongbao Dumu Quji, who is the Yidam-Dharma Initiation Master of the 17th Karmapa; Dharma King Jigme Dorje, who is the supreme world-leader of the Jonang sect; Sleep Yoga Dharma King Mindrolling Trichen, who was a master of the Dalai Lama; Dharma King Trulshik, Dharma King Taklung Tsetul, and Dharma King Chogye Trichen, all three of whom were masters of the Dalai Lama; Dharma King Jigdal Dagchen Sakya, who is the supreme leader of the Sakya sect; Regent Dharma King Shamarpa, who was a master of the 17th Karmapa; Regent Dharma King and National Master Goshir Gyaltsab, who is the Sutra-Master of the 17th Karmapa; and others. These leaders are all publicly known in current Buddhist circles to be first-rate eminent monastics and people of great virtue from various Buddhist sects. All of them have individually issued an official document of recognition or corroboration to affirm the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. All such documents carry recognition authority according to Buddhism.
Because H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has received so many recognition and corroboration certificates, which total more than any leader, patriarch, or rinpoche in the history of Buddhism has received, we are unable to list here all them one by one. Many of the Dharma kings not only issued a recognition or corroboration in writing, they also recorded their recognition or corroboration through photo or video.
According to the Buddhist system of status-recognition, as long as two people with recognition authority who are Dharma kings, rinpoches, or lamas recognize the status of someone, then the status of the person recognized is established. However, as history evolved, the statuses of many people were established in Buddhist circles after they were recognized by just one rinpoche with recognition authority. For example, the popularly known 14th Dalai Lama only received one recognition from one person, Reting Rinpoche V. The 17th Karmapa likewise only received two recognitions. Moreover, the one or two recognitions they received came from within their own sects.
However, with respect to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the situation is completely different. His Holiness the Buddha has received over 100 recognitions and corroborations, making Him the first person in the entire history of Buddhism to have received such a large number of recognitions. Furthermore, those recognitions and corroborations did not come from just a single Buddhist sect. Rather, they were recognition documents written and issued by the top leaders of all of Buddhism and each of the major Buddhist sects. The status recognized was not the status of a rinpoche; rather, it was the status of a Buddha (Buddha Vajradhara), which is the highest holy being in the entirety of Buddhism. A Buddha is the highest leader of all of Buddhism.

  1. The accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in the Five Vidyas are the highest in the history of Buddhism. Shakyamuni Buddha, the supreme leader of Buddhism in our Saha world, prescribed in the sutras that “Bodhisattvas must possess the Five Vidyas.” Since Bodhisattvas must possess the Five Vidyas, a Buddha must all the more be a champion in the Five Vidyas.
Perusing historical records, one finds that in the history of human civilization, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has been the only one who has reached the pinnacle of accomplishment in the Five Vidyas, whether in terms of worldly or transcendental accomplishments. His Holiness is the pre-eminent, tremendously holy one within Buddhism who truly meets the criteria of “perfect mastery of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism, and perfect accomplishments in the Five Vidyas” as prescribed by Shakyamuni Buddha!
The accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III are too numerous to mention and too exceptional to describe. From poetry, iambic verses, odes and songs, to calligraphy and writing, to medicine and healing, to paintings and sculptures, to science, technology, and craftsmanship, to the teachings and principles of the Buddhist scriptures, to the absolute truth of the Dharma, and to the intrinsic reality of all phenomena, His Holiness has unimpeded proficiency and wondrous excellence in all of these fields without exception. No other person in history can be found who is comparable.
With respect to the Craftsmanship Vidya alone, there has been for many years an open offer with huge reward money for anyone who can duplicate certain sculptures or the painting “Dragon-Carp Playing in a Lotus Pond,” all of which were created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The reward is still being offered to this day, but no one has yet been able to reproduce such artworks through their own sculpting knife or painting brush! If you cannot duplicate it, you can ask someone else to attempt a successful duplication. If anyone is successful, we will admit right away that these were not the products of the enlightenment and wisdom of a Buddha!
Based on the real accomplishments mentioned above and the recognition and corroboration certificates that accord with the Buddhist system of recognition, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a true Buddha. A Buddha is the original entity that all Buddhists take refuge in and learn from. The appellation of “Buddha” indicates one with the greatest and highest state of enlightenment in all of Buddhism. No patriarch or Dharma king within any sect of Buddhism is qualified to have a status above that of a Buddha! At present, in this world, there is only one Buddha who is the highest leader of Buddhism—H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. There is no other!
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is inherently a Buddha. A Buddha is relied upon by all Buddhists as the one from whom they learn and receive teachings. Not only is His Holiness the Buddha the model that we at World Buddhism Association Headquarters follow and learn from, numerous other Buddhist organizations also rely on, follow, and learn from Him. Buddhists learn from the words of as well as the personal example set by His Holiness the Buddha. They have set up Dharma-listening centers to listen to and learn from the audio-recorded Dharma imparted by His Holiness the Buddha. Furthermore, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the only tremendously holy being in the history of Buddhism who does not accept any offerings but simply serves all people voluntarily.

  1. Even though H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is an authentic Buddha, His point of view regarding His status has remained consistent. His Holiness the Buddha clearly expressed His attitude through His words that were published alongside the two contrasting photos showing the reversal of His appearance from old age to youthfulness. Which of those words carry the slightest element of self-boasting? H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, Although the title of Buddha has been legally affirmed in my name, the name Dorje Chang Buddha III means nothing to me. I am not a Bodhisattva, not an Arhat, not a venerable one, not a Dharma king, and not a rinpoche. I am not a holy person. I am one with a heart of humility.

  1. When H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was still living in China, because He propagated Buddhism and upheld justice and morality, He was persecuted by some people in the Chinese public security system. On August 1, 1999, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III came to the United States with a valid visa and subsequently settled down here. During the almost twenty years since then, His Holiness the Buddha has never returned to China even once. However, on June 20, 2002, the Chinese public security bureau in Shenzhen went so far as to groundlessly fabricate the allegation that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III “in April of 2000 in Shenzhen, sold a building to Liu Juan, defrauding Liu Juan out of RMB150 million.” They used this pretext to establish a case and started to persecute H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and some of His disciples.
Since H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was in the United States throughout the month of April 2000, how could He possibly have gone to Shenzhen to sell any building? On the contrary, it was some public security agents who bulldozed the only residence that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III had in China, without giving any compensation at all. Public security personnel took away more than 700 paintings and calligraphic works that were painstakingly created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. As of today, there is no trace of the whereabouts of those artworks. Public security agents also arrested some disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, changed their names, and secretly incarcerated them.
Meanwhile, since those public security personnel were afraid that the truth would come out about their embezzlement of paintings and calligraphic works by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, they made use of certain news media that were under their control. The day before the case against disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was to be heard in court, newspaper media were already spreading rumors that the trial resulted in a guilty verdict and were defaming H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His disciples as being bad people who defraud others. The public security personnel went even further by requesting INTERPOL to issue warrants for the arrest of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and some of His disciples.
However, after conducting an investigation into the case, INTERPOL found that the details of the case provided by the Chinese public security bureau were not true and that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His disciples did not commit any fraud. On such basis, between October 30-31, 2008, during the 72nd Session of The Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files held in Leon, France, INTERPOL reached the decision to cancel the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Also, during the time INTERPOL was investigating this case, China likewise found out through investigation that the facts are that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III did not commit any fraud or crime. Therefore, on June 11, 2008, on its own initiative, China requested that INTERPOL withdrawal the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness the Buddha underwent thorough investigation by INTERPOL and was found not to have committed any crime. China requested the withdrawal of the arrest warrant. This clearly demonstrates how law-abiding H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is and how morally pure His conduct is. That is why He was found to be innocent of any crime or offense!
However, such a holy and pure person was not commended for this. On the contrary, a small number of people who do not understand the truth have assisted evildoers in defaming H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Does this kind of conduct have any morality to speak of? What kind of lowly character do such people have? Does this kind of news media have any credibility? Although the arrest warrant for H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was canceled a long time ago, those who embezzled paintings and calligraphic works of His Holiness the Buddha continue to circulate the cancelled, nulled arrest warrant on the internet and in newspapers to delude the public and prevent the case from being re-opened for investigation.
To minimize the likelihood of people being duped, an inquiry was made to INTERPOL through legal channels. In response to that inquiry, on November 19, 2009, INTERPOL specially issued a letter to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The letter clearly states that China requested that the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III be cancelled and that such arrest warrant no longer exists. INTERPOL also notified all of its member countries that they cannot use this arrest warrant as a pretext to detain H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
Attached hereto is the official letter issued by INTERPOL. It must be clearly stated that this letter from INTERPOL uses the name Yungao Yi. Spelled according to the Pinyin transliteration system, this is the secular name that was used by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III more than twenty years ago while He was in China. Also, the lower-left corner of this letter from INPERPOL originally contained the residential address of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. For the sake of security and privacy, the address has been omitted. However, every other part of the entire letter is the identical copy of the original. Not even one word was altered.
This is the truth about the INTERPOL arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III! We ask all of you to think about something—Is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III a person of noble morality or a villain who has committed a crime? Additionally, multiple times over the past many years, the so-called victims in this fabricated case—Liu Juan and Lau Pak Hun—have separately written statements or held press conferences proving that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III not only never swindled them, He instead selflessly helped them. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a good person who selflessly benefits the public.

  1. With respect to the recognitions of the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the letter from INTERPOL, evidence that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was persecuted, and other information, please go online to the website https://ibsahq.org/buddha-en. Just as we did in the past, we at World Buddhism Association Headquarters will take the teachings of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and Namo Shakyamuni Buddha as our foundation and will guide Buddhists all over the world to learn and practice the Buddha Dharma so that they will become good people who are unselfish, benevolent, and law-abiding, who contribute to society and have happy family lives, who eventually realize the true suchness of Dharma-nature, and who attain liberation.

第一,我們世界佛教總部對本聲明的真實性,承擔一切法律責任。

第二,南無第三世多杰羌佛是世界佛教最高領袖,不是自封的!南無第三世多杰羌佛的佛陀身份,不是佛教徒為了尊敬才稱呼的,而是佛教中那些具有認證權的法王、攝政王、高僧們根據一千多年來佛教的認證制度認證出來的,如最高虹身成就法獨掌人多珠欽法王、世界第三任寧瑪巴總教主貝諾法王、當今西藏第一大德阿秋法王、十七世噶瑪巴的本尊法灌頂上師公保·都穆曲吉法王、世界覺囊派總教主吉美多吉法王、達賴喇嘛的上師敏林赤欽睡夢法王、達賴喇嘛的三位上師楚西法王、達龍哲珠法王和秋吉崔欽法王、薩迦派總教主薩迦達欽法王、十七世噶瑪巴的上師夏瑪巴攝政王、十七世噶瑪巴的經教上師嘉察攝政國師等等,這些都是當今世界上佛教界公認的各教派第一流的高僧大德,他們都分別為南無第三世多杰羌佛寫下了具備佛教認證效力的認證、附議公函。由於南無第三世多杰羌佛獲得的認證、附議證書太多,超過佛教史上任何領袖、祖師、活佛的認證,在此無法一一列舉,請大家上網閱讀:https://ibsahq.org/buddha-data?id=131。這些法王們的認證附議不光有文字,很多還拍了照片、錄像記錄下來了。根據佛教的認證制度,只要有兩個具有認證權的法王、活佛或喇嘛認證以後,被認證的人的身份就確立了,但是,隨著歷史的演變,很多人只是被一個具有認證權的活佛認證,在佛教界就成立了,例如現在人們所熟知的第十四世達賴喇嘛,只是獲得了五世熱振活佛一個人的認證,第十七世噶瑪巴也只獲得了兩個認證,而且都是在自己的教派中得到的一兩份認證,但是,南無第三世多杰羌佛完全不是這樣,羌佛獲得的認證附議超過了一百個,成了整個佛教史上獲得最多認證附議的第一人,而且不是單一教派的認證附議,而是整個佛教及各大教派首腦出具的以文字寫成的認證附議書,被認證的身份不是活佛地位,而是佛陀(金剛總持),也就是整個佛教的最高聖者,佛陀就是整個佛教的最高領袖。

第三,南無第三世多杰羌佛的五明成就也是佛教史上第一,無有前聖可比的。我們娑婆世界的佛教教主釋迦牟尼佛在經書中規定:“菩薩在五明中得”,菩薩必須具備五明,那佛陀更要五明之冠。翻開歷史典籍,自人類有文明史以來,世出世間,唯有南無第三世多杰羌佛達到了五明成就的頂峰圓滿,是真正符合佛陀規定的“顯密圓通,五明完滿”的佛教第一巨聖!羌佛的成就太多太高,從詩詞歌賦、書法文論、醫藥治病、繪畫雕塑、科技工巧,到經教理趣,法義真諦、諸法實相,無不通達無礙,精妙高絕,歷史上找不到第二人可以比肩。就是一個工巧明雕塑和一張“龍鯉鬧蓮池”畫,公開懸賞高額獎金很多年了,至今照常懸賞,但沒有一個人能刀工手筆複製得了!你複製不了,可以請一個人去複製成功,那我們當下承認這不是佛陀覺量智慧的產物!基於上述實際的成就和依佛教制度的認證附議證書,南無第三世多杰羌佛是真正的佛陀,佛陀是所有佛教徒皈依和學習的本體,而佛陀這一稱號是整個佛教中最大最高的覺位,佛教沒有任何一個教派的祖師、法王能有資格在佛陀之上的地位!目前,在我們這個世界上,只有南無第三世多杰羌佛一位佛教最高領袖佛陀,沒有第二位!由於本質是佛陀,而佛陀是所有佛教徒學習受教的依怙,並不僅僅是我們世界佛教總部依學的典範,而且是眾多佛教機構依學的依怙,佛教徒們學佛陀的言傳身教、辦聞法點聞學佛陀的法音。而且,羌佛也是歷史上唯一的一位不收任何供養、只義務為大眾服務的佛教巨聖。

第四,儘管南無第三世多杰羌佛是真正的佛陀,但是,南無第三世多杰羌佛的觀點卻始終如一,祂在返老回春對比照上的講話明文公佈,表明了態度,哪一點有絲毫自吹?羌佛說:“雖然法定了佛陀稱號為我的名字,我卻是擁有虛名的第三世多杰羌佛,我不是菩薩,不是羅漢,不是尊者,不是法王,不是活佛,我不是聖人,是慚愧者。”

第五,當年,南無羌佛還在中國的時候,由於弘揚佛教、堅持正義和公理,而被中國公安的一些人所迫害。羌佛1999年8月1日持簽證來到美國定居以後,近20年了,再也沒有回過中國一次,可是,中國深圳公安竟然在2002年6月20日憑空捏造了羌佛“於2000年4月在深圳賣房子給劉娟,詐騙劉娟1.5億元人民幣”,以此為由立案,開始迫害南無第三世多杰羌佛和羌佛的一些弟子。要知道,2000年4月羌佛在美國,怎麼去深圳賣房子呢?反而是公安用推土機推倒了羌佛在中國的唯一一所住房,沒有賠償一分錢,公安拿走了羌佛自己心血創作的書畫七百餘張,至今不見踪影,還抓了羌佛的一些弟子,將他們換了名字,秘密關押。同時,一些公安人員由於私吞了羌佛的書畫,怕被暴露,利用他們控制的媒體,在法院還沒有開庭的前一天就先行在媒體登報造謠定罪,誣衊羌佛及其弟子是詐騙的壞人,並進而向國際刑警申請,對羌佛及其一些弟子發出通緝令。但是,國際刑警進行立案調查後,查出中國公安所所報案情不是事實,羌佛及其弟子沒有任何詐騙行為,為此,在國際刑警文件控制委員會與2008年10月30日至31日在法國里昂舉行的第72屆大會上,通過了撤銷對羌佛的通緝的決定。而在國際刑警調查期間,中國也調查出了事實的真相,羌佛沒有詐騙等犯罪行為,因此中國在2008年6月11日主動請求國際刑警撤銷對羌佛的通緝。對於南無第三世多杰羌佛,經得起國際刑警的立案詳查而無犯罪,中國請求撤銷通緝令,充分說明了羌佛是何等的遵紀守法、純淨道德的行為,才能清白無罪?!可是,這麼聖潔的人,不但沒有受到讚頌,反而受到個別不明真相的人幫著壞人誹謗,這樣的行為還有道德可言嗎?這是什麼樣低劣的人格?這樣的媒體還有任何可信度嗎?儘管對羌佛的通緝令早已撤銷了,但那些貪得羌佛書畫的人,照常把已經撤銷、不存在的通緝令在網上、報上轉發,迷惑民眾,以防翻案。為了少讓人上當受騙,通過法律途徑向國際刑警諮詢,故2009年11月19日,國際刑警專門發函給南無第三世多杰羌佛,說明中國已經請求撤銷了針對羌佛的通緝,通緝令不存在了,並通知了國際刑警的所有成員國,不能以此通緝為藉口留置第三世多杰羌佛。附件即是國際刑警的公函。需要說明的是,在國際刑警的這份公函上,仍然用的是Yungao Yi,這是第三世多杰羌佛二十多年前在中國的世俗名字的漢語拼音。同時,國際刑警公函的左下角原本是羌佛的住址,為了安全及隱私,在公佈的時候特地隱去了,但整個公函的其它部分則是照原件複印,沒有改動一個字符。這就是國際刑警對羌佛通緝令的真相!請大家想一想,羌佛是道德崇高的人呢,還是犯罪的壞人呢?而且,多年來,這個案件裡所謂的受害人劉娟、劉百行二人分別多次寫證明或開記者會證明南無第三世多杰羌佛不僅沒有騙他們,反而是無私地幫助他們,羌佛是無私利益大眾的好人。

金釦三段已證不退地菩薩,一向不接觸一般凡人的旺扎上尊,終於在美國洛杉磯帕薩迪那市的聖蹟寺與千名佛教徒們見面了!2019年3月某日,佛教徒們擠爆了聖蹟寺,但是秩序井然,為的就是能見到旺扎上尊 

       南無第三世多杰羌佛先是在釋迦世尊佛像前的法台上為眾說法,說了証境達到上尊的人數,在這個娑婆世界是屈指可數的。在大雄寶殿中門外的千斤金剛杵,沒有內證功夫是提不起來的。旺扎上尊作為上尊等級,位居頂級大法王,依法度,必須展現他的金剛力。氣脈明點沒有完全打開暢通的人,是無法舉起千斤金剛杵的。由於無法找到千斤的金剛杵,所以改用舉重選手用的杆鈴, 重量為一千斤,代替攔殿金剛杵, 來作修法加持。 

       一千斤是什麼概念呢?在機場,一件行李不可以超過32公斤,等於是一般人能搬運的上限,再增加重量就會傷到搬運人。一千斤等於五百公斤,抬千斤的概念,就是16 個滿重的行李必須一次抬起,沒有哪個大力士能一人一次抬得起的!這千斤金剛杵要能被抬起,已讓眾人驚呼不可思議!就在眾人的驚奇聲中,出家人廣播說:「旺扎上尊已經到了!」

       近千名信眾立刻兩邊排班,手持哈達迎請上尊駕臨。但見一位身材高大魁武十分莊嚴,看起來確實像一尊金剛像,留著長鬍的上尊,走到了聖蹟寺大殿。在踏入大殿前,上尊彎腰將兩邊各十多個鉅大鋼鈴的千斤金剛杵,晃當一下,沒有提起,但見他一提氣,兩手一提,瞬間將千斤重的金剛杵提起,然後放下,又是一陣很重很重的金屬撞擊地面的聲響應時響起。信眾瞬間驚嘆!歡喜讚嘆!旺扎上尊於是入中央的寺門,朝著大殿上的南無第三世多杰羌佛一路四次大禮拜,旺扎上尊屈腰上前,受到南無第三世多杰羌佛的摸頂加持,然後被引導坐到羌佛下方左邊的桌前,他用正宗的英語在釋迦牟尼佛像前向大眾開示說:「佛弟子們,我非常高興今天在這裡見到你們。我高興是因為你們有因緣在這一生能遇到南無第三世多杰羌佛,這樣你們就有機會學到正宗的、沒有被竄改的、原始的佛法,因為這樣,你們就可以在今生得到成就,所以我當然非常高興。」在羌佛離開前,旺扎上尊站起來埋頭彎腰,雙手朝上, 做弟子送佛禮,恭送南無第三世多杰羌佛的離去。然後返回法座一一為與會大眾摸頂加持。


 有神通也開不了現量伏藏

    在大力王尊者堪千旺扎上尊在聖跡寺展示抓起千斤重攔殿金剛杵的第二天,即二零一九年三月七日,聖跡寺來了一位比上尊更高的“玉尊”,當著近兩百人展顯現量伏藏道行!

       藏密法分為兩大類,一是經書法本翻譯,為嘎瑪,二是伏藏取出為代瑪。代瑪又分為南藏北藏。而伏藏包括開藏,總稱伏藏法。伏藏法又分昔量伏藏和現量伏藏。伏藏師三字,在藏密中常見,藏密佛教徒幾乎人人皆知。昔量伏藏顧名思義,即佛陀或前輩祖師如釋迦牟尼佛、蓮花生大師等,將一些機緣尚未成熟或將招魔害暫時不宜傳世的佛法法本、法物秘密埋藏起來,待因緣成熟時,由後世祖師開掘出來傳法。伏藏共分兩大類,上部伏藏和下部伏藏,合稱併為南藏。而後來後藏的增郭吉登曲堅刻印了新的伏藏,稱為北藏。這些都不重要,無非匿藏經書聖物等,開藏才需聖量獲取。

       但是,昔量伏藏並非絕對需要聖證量,有時可依照記載或祖師留下的線索尋找,而且時隔久遠,加之末法時期的種種怪劣騙子假聖者等造作,那伏藏物到底是前輩祖師伏藏的還是凡夫充聖人自藏自取的騙局,誰也說不清。故佛菩薩為了預防以假充聖的邪惡騙師,規定取藏師本人必須舉行現量伏藏來證明自己開藏取寶的真實性。現量伏藏絕對不允許有線索記載可尋,儀式慎重中加嚴格,當場當眾從數百人或千萬人中抽籤定出十位伏藏者在眾人監管下伏藏,讓被關在另外一處的大聖師當場當眾開藏,沒有絲毫虛假能夠混入!佛史上,具現量伏藏道行的有蓮花生大師取佛陀講經,還有宗喀巴大師、瑪爾巴大師、無我母大師、杜松淺巴法王。連阿底峽尊者修現量伏藏法都曾失敗過兩次,可想此法所需聖量之高,非具有聖量者就能企及的。就是三段金釦上尊,可取昔量伏藏,也很難取出現量伏藏。八地到十地大菩薩都沒有百分之百的把握取現量伏藏。唯有大摩訶薩才能確切地開藏無誤。能現量伏藏,意味著該伏藏大師的所有開藏取出的佛法、法器等必然真實無疑。故,凡未經現量伏藏證實的法,都是不準確的,統稱世俗佛法。因為世俗佛法必須還要經過勝義擇決才能確認是否為真伏藏勝義佛法或法器,但勝義擇決又必須是要大摩訶薩、等妙覺菩薩才能作的。

    現量伏藏的法本或法物,不是一件,而是十件,每件東西不同,其中真正的法本或法物只有一件,混雜在外表一模一樣的許多件當中,在眾目睽睽監看之下,由抽籤出來的十位伏藏者,到另外一間隱秘的房中,在開藏的巨圣德看不到的地方打包、隱藏,再拿出來伏藏。此時開藏巨圣師一口指出唯一的聖物在何處。

   三月七日這一天,女巨聖德“玉尊”來到聖跡寺大殿,拒絕現場一百七十多位法王、活佛、大法師等的供養,“玉尊”從法會開始到結束未發一語,她不要名利,不露聖顏,只為開藏,表正法在此地,普利眾生。四段金釦“玉尊”道行高深莫測。

   此次現量伏藏的聖物是“照妖鏡”,這是即便具有神通也沒有辦法現量取藏的。修法開始,照妖鏡與十面看起來一模一樣的普通小鏡子混在一起,現場抽籤選出的十位伏藏者,被隔絕在另一旁的觀音殿中,門口有人嚴守。“玉尊”與一百多人在另外一處所,與那十人相互隔開,無法通悉。十人在觀音殿內將十面小鏡子分別用十條一樣的白色哈達包裹起來,放在黑布袋子中,自然外形形體混亂,就是伏藏的十個人沒有一個人知道哪一面是照妖鏡,因為十面鏡子完全相同一模一樣,再加上哈達包裹,再放入黑布袋中,形體形象早已混亂沒有樣式。緊接著,十人隨意從布袋中拿出包著的鏡子分別伏藏,伏藏好後即刻返回觀音殿關起門來,就是這十個人也毫不知曉照妖鏡在何處,而“玉尊”毫不沾邊、從不接觸,竟然坐在另外的帳中很快便舉牌宣佈什麼地方有伏藏照妖鏡。此時原伏藏的佛弟子又從觀音殿出來,按照“玉尊”的預言法旨開藏見證。當開藏出來的鏡子呈放在聖跡寺大殿中央的油燈前一照時,十個伏藏者都驚呆了,果然是照妖鏡!一百多位佛弟子爭先恐後、興奮地圍聚在巴掌大的小鏡子跟前,照妖鏡里反映出的根本不是常識中的一盞燈,一聲接一聲的高喊迴蕩在大雄寶殿:“三盞!”“我看到五盞!”“四盞!”“八盞!”……有幾人看到邪惡相!然而,其它九面看起來與照妖鏡完全一樣的小鏡子,所有人都只能從中看到一盞燈,也沒有什麼邪惡相。伏藏開藏一共兩輪,”“玉尊””兩次都輕易地舉牌預言指定出真正的照妖鏡伏藏在何處!

   我是伏藏者之一,我必須說,太厲害了!如果不用油燈仔細鑒別,我們十個人試做,明擺著睜開大眼睛來分辨,也看不出哪一面是照妖鏡!十面鏡子一個模樣,都是水銀鏡子,不要說伏藏了,明擺在大家面前都選不出照妖鏡是哪一面!”“玉尊””完全不沾鏡子的邊,竟然知道伏藏的照妖鏡在哪裡,實在是佛國巨聖降人間!”

   我們特地去請南無第三世多杰羌佛對此說法,羌佛說:“什麼照妖鏡,不值分文,不能成就。這只不過是一個標記而已,是沒有意義的,學佛修行才重要!!!”

   我們記住了佛陀的教導,最重要的是學佛修行,管它什麼照妖鏡,那是成就不了人的。而現量伏藏的法義重點不是照妖鏡而是“玉尊”能從十個伏藏起來一模一樣的水銀鏡子中,準確地舉牌公告聖物所在處!那些在我們凡胎肉眼中沒有差別的鏡子,還伏藏起來了,但在“玉尊”的道行裡,卻是無法藏匿!千萬不要小看那舉牌宣佈在何處有聖物的動作,試想一下,如果換作另外的大法王或者你我,我們敢宣佈嗎?我們敢瞎猜嗎?那可是要當眾打開來見真章的呀!這不是說大話、講開示、吹牛能解決的事啊!一當打開來不是聖物,怎麼下台?只會徹底完蛋,從此倒霉!所以,巨聖德與聖德之別,也就在這舉牌宣佈的瞬間,一翻兩瞪眼、黑白湛然!就是有神通的聖者,用天眼通能看破墻壁、穿過山石,看到的也是同樣的鏡子,根本分辨不了哪一面是照妖鏡,更況凡夫哪有道力沾得上現量伏藏?!

   修法一結束,現量伏藏必須的佛聖加持的稀世大寶丸也同時修成,大家十分感動,發心準備盡其一切供養大摩訶薩“玉尊”,怎奈“玉尊”一言不發,分文不收,飄然離眾,不見蹤影,留下的只有佛弟子們的感慨:“這世上號稱大法王、大法師、聖者大菩薩的人何其之多,有的名聲震天響,著書開示一大堆,空洞無道行,盡收供養為目的,可他們對真正的佛法不要說自己沒有,連見還沒見到過呢!這些所謂的名流大人物,到底有誰拿出了如“玉尊”一樣的佛法聖量?他們能實地修一場現量伏藏法,給求法若渴的眾生看一看,來證明自己掌有的傳承是真正的佛法嗎?!找不到一個真貨色啊!費人深思啊!

      接受旺扎上尊加持的信眾,包括金釦一段證達上人,證量高深的見慧孺尊、阿寇娜摩仁波切、藍釦三段的多位仁波切、藍釦二段、藍釦一段的仁波切、法師們、多位寺廟的住持和眾多出家人,也有許多居士參加了這場法會。受到旺扎上尊加持的人,有人覺得頭頂一陣清涼,有人覺得被上尊的手摸頂,像是千金壓頂,有人感覺全身顫抖,如通了電,極為殊勝。當旺扎上尊為大眾做完加持後,寺廟開放現場信眾可以報名上前去舉這個千斤杵,會場的在家人與出家人,十多位上前試舉,結果千斤杵絲毫不動 

      聖蹟寺曾有三位佛陀在虛空出現,穿過三層障礙物降下甘露於鉢中的聖地,此聖地已經由旺扎上尊依法成立真正的內密壇場,也是目前世界上唯一的內密壇場。 以後具備內密灌頂師資的大聖德們可以在此為經過擇抉具資格的佛弟子們舉行內密灌頂。

      此次現量伏藏的聖物是照妖鏡這是即便具有神通也沒有辦法現量取藏的。修法開始,照妖鏡與十面看起來一模一樣的普通小鏡子混在一起,現場抽籤選出的十位伏藏者,被隔絕在另一旁的觀音殿中,門口有人嚴守。玉尊與一百多人在另外一處所,與那十人相互隔開,無法通悉。十人在觀音殿內將十面小鏡子分別用十條一樣的白色哈達包裹起來,放在黑布袋子中,自然外形形體混亂,就是伏藏的十個人沒有一個人知道哪一面是照妖鏡,因為十面鏡子完全相同一模一樣,再加上哈達包裹,再放入黑布袋中,形體形象早已混亂沒有樣式。緊接著,十人隨意從布袋中拿出包著的鏡子分別伏藏,伏藏好後即刻返回觀音殿關起門來,就是這十個人也毫不知曉照妖鏡在何處,而玉尊毫不沾邊、從不接觸,竟然坐在另外的帳中很快便舉牌宣佈什麼地方有伏藏照妖鏡。此時原伏藏的佛弟子又從觀音殿出來,按照玉尊的預言法旨開藏見證。當開藏出來的鏡子呈放在聖跡寺大殿中央的油燈前一照時,十個伏藏者都驚呆了,果然是照妖鏡!一百多位佛弟子爭先恐後、興奮地圍聚在巴掌大的小鏡子跟前,照妖鏡里反映出的根本不是常識中的一盞燈,一聲接一聲的高喊迴蕩在大雄寶殿:三盞!”“我看到五盞!”“四盞!”“八盞!”……有幾人看到邪惡相!然而,其它九面看起來與照妖鏡完全一樣的小鏡子,所有人都只能從中看到一盞燈,也沒有什麼邪惡相。伏藏開藏一共兩輪,”“玉尊””兩次都輕易地舉牌預言指定出真正的照妖鏡伏藏在何處!

      我是伏藏者之一,我必須說,太厲害了!如果不用油燈仔細鑒別,我們十個人試作,明擺著睜開大眼睛來分辨,也看不出哪一面是照妖鏡!十面鏡子一個模樣,都是水銀鏡子,不要說伏藏了,明擺在大家面前都選不出照妖鏡是哪一面!”“玉尊””完全不沾鏡子的邊,竟然知道伏藏的照妖鏡在哪裡,實在是佛國巨聖降人間!

      我們特地去請南無第三世多杰羌佛對此說法,羌佛說:什麼照妖鏡,不值分文,不能成就。這只不過是一個標記而已,是沒有意義的,學佛修行才重要!!!

        我們記住了佛陀的教導,最重要的是學佛修行,管它什麼照妖鏡,那是成就不了人的。而現量伏藏的法義重點不是照妖鏡而是玉尊能從十個伏藏起來一模一樣的水銀鏡子中,準確地舉牌公告聖物所在處!那些在我們凡胎肉眼中沒有差別的鏡子,還伏藏起來了,但在玉尊的道行裡,卻是無法藏匿!千萬不要小看那舉牌宣佈在何處有聖物的動作,試想一下,如果換作另外的大法王或者你我,我們敢宣佈嗎?我們敢瞎猜嗎?那可是要當眾打開來見真章的呀!這不是說大話、講開示、吹牛能解決的事啊!一當打開來不是聖物,怎麼下台?只會徹底完蛋,從此倒霉!所以,巨聖德與聖德之別,也就在這舉牌宣佈的瞬間,一翻兩瞪眼、黑白湛然!就是有神通的聖者,用天眼通能看破墻壁、穿過山石,看到的也是同樣的水銀鏡子,根本分辨不了哪一面是照妖鏡,更況凡夫哪有道力沾得上現量伏藏?!

      修法一結束,現量伏藏必須的佛聖加持的稀世大寶丸也同時修成,大家十分感動,發心準備盡其一切供養大摩訶薩玉尊,怎奈一言不發,分文不收,飄然離眾,不見蹤影,留下的只有佛弟子們的感慨:這世上號稱大法王、大法師、聖者大菩薩的人何其之多,有的名聲震天響,著書開示一大堆、空洞無道行,盡收供養為目的,可他們對真正的佛法不要說自己沒有,連見還沒見到過呢!這些所謂的名流大人物,到底有誰拿出了如玉尊一樣的佛法聖量?他們能實地修一場現量伏藏法,給求法若渴的眾生看一看,來證明自己掌有的傳承是真正的佛法嗎?!找不到一個真貨色啊!費人深思啊!
