      關於“第三世多杰羌佛”佛號的說明 二零零八年四月三日，由全球佛教出版社和世界法音出版社出版的《多杰羌佛第三世》記實一書在美國國會圖書館舉行了莊嚴隆重的首發儀式，美國國會圖書館並正式收藏此書，自此人們才知道原來一直廣受大家尊敬的義雲高大師、仰諤益西諾布大法王，被世界佛教各大教派的領袖或攝政王、大活佛行文認證，就是宇宙始祖報身佛多杰羌佛的第三世降世，佛號為第三世多杰羌佛，從此，人們就以“南無第三世多杰羌佛”來稱呼了。這就猶如釋迦牟尼佛未成佛前，其名號為悉達多太子，但自釋迦牟尼佛成佛以後，就改稱“南無釋迦牟尼佛”了，所以，我們現在稱“南無第三世多杰羌佛”。尤其是，二零一二年十二月十二日，美國國會參議院第614號決議正式以His Holiness來冠名第三世多杰羌佛（即 H.H.第三世多杰羌佛），從此南無第三世多杰羌佛的稱位已定性。而且，第三世多杰羌佛也是政府法定的名字，以前的“義雲高”和大師、總持大法王的尊稱已經不存在了。但是，這個新聞是在南無第三世多杰羌佛佛號未公佈之前刊登的，那時人們還不瞭解佛陀的真正身份，所以，為了尊重歷史的真實，我們在新聞中仍然保留未法定第三世多杰羌佛稱號前所用的名字，但大家要清楚，除H.H.第三世多杰羌佛的名字是合法的以外，在未法定之前的名字已經不存在了。

     甄藏國際藝術公司秋季拍賣會中，一幅名為「大力王尊者」的水墨畫成為整個拍賣會的高潮，這幅結合工筆與寫意的水墨畫起價新台幣一千五百萬元，在現場熱烈的競標過程中價格不斷飆漲，最後以新台幣七千兩百萬元，即每平方英吋四百六十七美金的驚人天價，由一英國書畫收藏家奈勒先生獲手，締造了在世畫家最高成交紀錄。



     這幅畫的作者即是今年五月以《威震》一圖轟動世界藝壇的義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛），他的書畫藝術無論是格調的高雅，品類的全面，種類的繁多，技法的無窮，都達到了前無古人的高度。歷代的名家大師們的技法，風格和題材大都趨於單一，長於山水畫者，少精於花鳥；精於花鳥者，又疏於人物，如是等等。而雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛）的中國畫藝術，論題材，無論是山水、花鳥、走獸、魚蟲、人物……；論技法，不管是工筆、寫意、潑墨……，皆無所不通，無所不精，無一不是具有真實的傳統功夫而創新．此次這幅《大力王尊者》即是結合工筆與寫意的精品畫作，細膩的線條勾勒出大力王尊者孔武有力的肌肉、全身脈絡血管清晰可見，身上穿繞著薄如蟬翼的細紗，其工筆技巧登峰造極令人嘆為觀止。圖中寫意的部分，則充分展示了大師在藝術實踐中覺悟本來面目與自然宇宙一體之真源，而成聖者之境，達到內心世界與大自然渾然一體性，攬大千世界於胸中，恆萬法於毫端，蒼潤妙韻，意趣天成，格高境大，超凡入聖。隨圖還附有世界佛教協會鑑定蓋章、義雲高大師親筆書寫、親手蓋上金印指紋的手本真跡保證書。



     此次甄藏國際藝術公司出版的圖錄內文中，詳細地介紹義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛）在各方面驚人的成就，不看不知道，一看實在高，使人了解到這幅畫所蘊藏的價值實在不是這一點金錢能夠代表的，更不是單一的揮毫家們能相提並論的！



如是了了大力王

     集佛教大師、藝術大師、哲學大師、科學家、歌唱家、文學家、倫理道德大家於一身的義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛），繼《威震》圖驚爆全世界之後，他的另一幅畫作《大力王尊者》又以七千兩百萬元台幣被英國畫商奈勒先生於拍賣競標場上高價得手，再度巨浪轟然，沖刷了拍賣史上在世畫家最高成交價的紀錄。到底義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛）是何許人也，擁有如此震撼世界的藝境？



     一九九三年世界四十八個國家、地區，五千六百一十二位專家共同認定義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛）為「中國畫壇史無前例的巨匠」，授予元首級榮位的「特級國際大師」；中國政府為他建造了豪華式七館一部的巨型「義雲高大師館」；同時，世界學術機構授與他「東方藝術大師」之桂冠，他一人竟然能獲得世界九十二所大學榮譽博士及教授職稱；美國加州州政府及舊金山市政府同一日頒布二千年三月八日為「義雲高大師日」；二千年世紀性世界佛教會議中二十八國顯密高僧大德評選他為顯密圓通正宗佛教大師，其無記名投票率得百分之九十九點六……，由眾多的讚譽中，我們不難窺知義雲高大師（H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛）的豐富內在涵養，以及超越凡人的聖者智慧，因此，對於他的畫作能在世界上引起如此大之價款，也就不足為奇了。更重要的是，儘管如此，大師同樣無聞聲譽，獨坐深山接讚譽誹謗均一笑無言，他常說：「我算得了微塵中的什麼？什麼也不是，這些一切都是國家和人民培育出來的，是世界知識的精華潤育，一切都是大眾的，所以我不賣書畫，送人的東西賣了就賣了，了了就了了。」

This calligraphic work has its own unique style based on the artist's skills in stone inscriptions.  Whether judging from its overall appearance or the manner of brush application, one can see that every stroke contains the prowess of the artist, manifests an amazing appeal, and reflects the holy and pure mind of the artist.  
This work of calligraphy was written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III((H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛)) for the publication of His book, Commentary on the Heart Sutra.  "This Is How I Determine the Truth" and "Know Yourself and Build Your Character" are predictions contained in the book.  More than ten years have passed since then.  The predictions did become true.  This mastery of time in the universe confirmed that Master Wan Ko Yee, as He was know at the time, is actually the highest leader of Buddhism in the world today.  H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III((H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛)), the author of this calligraphy.

　　This portrayal of a fruit orchard was created through a plain style of brushwork.  The visual effect is an orchard after the melting of snow in midwinter.  It was created through a most rigid painting method, yet it is natural-looking.  This is due to technique and the artist's attainment in painting and calligraphy.  It is a matter of the artist's brushwork skills.

　　Similar examples are the paintings of sunflowers by Van Gogh.

　　Their arrangement is very plain and simple, yet they provide viewers with comfort and happiness.  The key is the artistic effect produced from seasoned and skillful application of brush and colors.  Every painting by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H. 第三世多杰羌佛) embodies this type of appeal born from mastery that transcends conventional painting techniques.

　　The name of this painting, "Misty Appeal of a Dilapidated Pond," conjures up a hazy image with lingering, changing mist.  Standing before this painting, one not only perceives dense mist enshrouding the entire scene, one also experiences a strong sense of awe elicited by the enchanting palette and brush touches.  This riveting composition became a reality by springing forth from the imagination of the master artist who created it.

　　Each time on carefully views the painting's refreshing vitality, adept color application, attractively scattered layout, heavy and light brushwork, real and non-real elements, and charming rhythm, one will be carried away.  Form was used to capture the artistic conception；the artistic conception was used to render form.  This resulted in an extremely natural-looking, integral scene containing both real and non-real aspects as well as the aspects of both flatness and distance.  It is truly an extremely wondrous work.

　　The lotus leaves are deteriorated yet not disorderly, and the lotus flowers are in full bloom yet not overly dazzling-everything is portrayed just right.  This one painting of unpredictable transitions fully expresses the variations of the four seasons.  It has unexpectedly caused me to recall the following two-verse poem：Transcending the constraints of form, resonance is manifested；artistic creativity amazingly emerged from a state of no thoughts whatsoever.

　　When I, Don Kwan, was at Wimbledon Collego of Art in England pursuing a master's degree, I saw plenty of water lily paintings by great masters of art both ancient and contemporary and both Chinese and non-Chinese, including Monet, Zhang Daqian, and Shi Lu.  I was confident that I could paint copies of those works.  However, with respect to this painting, what can I do other than marvel at it？I cannot help but say that this painting is so beautiful.  However, Saying it is beautiful is a mere verbal description.

　　This is the first time I have ever seen art that truly outshines all art from antiquity to the present.  As Liu Xi of the Qing Dynasty wrote in his book entitled Art in General,  "A myriad changes suddenly occur, yet there is an inner rhythm operating beneath it all； it can even be called a supernatural state."

　　On the darkest of nights, the sudden inspiration for this painting flashed into the artist's consciousness, giving birth to the artistic charm and allure embodied in this work.  The rhythm of color galloped across the canvas as soon as the flying brush strokes were completed.

　　Moonlight reveals green loofah on branches in the endlessly intriguig purple-bamboo forest.  The loofah and purple-bamboo form a delightful contrast.  The vastness of the night conveys the work's artistic sentiments.

　　This painting appears to be simple.  Its brushwork, however, reflects extraordinary experience and maturity, evoking the paintings of sunflowers by Van Gogh.  Although the colors are simple, they reveal a boundless artistic spirit.  How could the elegance of such fragrant loofah in a purple-bamboo forest not live on forever？

「靈貓」這一幅畫創作於一九九一年，屬於第三世多杰羌佛創始的十六個畫派之一 的“放發派”風格，除第三世多杰羌佛以外，在世界上找不到第二位藝術家能畫出 這種神妙技法。平面裡蘊含神韻奇蹟，任何人都無法用手筆複製成功，這種創作技 法來於智慧境界，所以不是凡品書畫。其配境寥寥幾筆，金石書卷味全在其中，神 形兼備，是真正達到惜墨如金，是絕對的書畫頂峰藝術。此畫珍貴無比，第三世多 杰羌佛已將此類神韻畫封筆，沒有再畫這類無上精作了，因此，這已成為絕版藝 術。

　　The painting “Cat of Unique Charm” was created in 1991 and belongs to the “Fangfa School,” one of the 16 schools of painting founded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Except H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, no one else can paint using this marvellous technique. Magical appeal underlies this painting. This creative technique comes from a state of wisdom. That is why it is not an ordinary painting. The accompanying scene near the cat was painted with only a small number of brush strokes yet contains the style of stone seals and an air of scholarship. Both the form and spirit of the scene are captured. This work is truly one in which ink was masterfully used in a sparing way. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has decided not to make this genre of magically charming paintings anymore. He has not since created another work of unsurpassed artistry in this same genre. Thus, this painting is a form of art that has been discontinued. One of the one hundred limited release copies of this small-scale painting “Cat of Unique Charm” sold at auction for US$253,000, which is the highest per square foot selling price of any duplicate painting in the world. The prices of sold duplicate paintings by the most famous first-rate masters of art in the world cannot match the prices of sold duplicate paintings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
